Week 2: Reach and maintain goal weight of 220 lbs
I want to reach my goal weight of 220 during the 90 challenge AND have built a foundation / routine I can stick with to maintain my weight. My WHY is that, after the Clarity challenge, it became clear that improving my general health would improve my clarity of mind and ability to get things done. My life to-do list is growing, but first I need to work on my engine to make sure I can make progress in other important areas of my life.
