    Hi I’m Alby, I live in Utah USA. My 2022 goal is to loose 17 pounds. I’m currently at 126lbs and want to get to 109 and maintain that weight for the rest of my life.

    My why: I feel more confidente when I’m in that weight range. My confidence in business, with my partner and overall is through the roof when I’m lighter in weight.

    Steps that I need to take:

    1. Track macros,

    2.. Stick to my macros, 120grm of protein 164grms of carbs and 54grm of fat.

    3. Sign up for meal prepping plan. (done)

    4. Continue exercising 5 days a week (been doing this consistently for 5 years now)

    Metrics:

    2. Loose 1.5 pounds per week.

    Hey Alby, thank you for sharing! Those last pounds can be pretty stubborn, can’t they…I’m definitely rooting for you!🙌

    You wrote that you feel more comfortable in that weight range, so is this more of a mental checkpoint for you? How does your physique change for you?
