    Thank You so much @Sharon.Valenti , Im confused at the moment. I want to continue studying and achieve my dream goal of becoming a super-specialised surgical oncologist. But I also want to start a business that would change lives of a large number of people rather than the one at a time pace I can by practicing medicine.
