@brian sorry I missed your message, I am following through with the clarity challenge at my own pace but it is has taken on more importance as I am being made redundant from my job. That provides an opportunity (and an urgency) to make a decision on my next step in my life – do I stay in my career path, with my vocation continuing to be a side hustle, or do I go all in on my vocation with much greater risk and exposure.

To answer your question explicitly – ‘positive impact’ means providing material value and benefit to society, truly solving a problem that exists with a quality solution for the betterment of my customers.
