Happy to hear you’ve worked through some of your underlying beliefs. That’s actually what I teach people so I totally relate to how they create patterns in our lives and definitely have the power to hold us back from truly doing everything we want to do. It’s such a good feeling when we learn they’re not true and can let them go.
