    I can’t believe how much progress I did in these 6 weeks:

    1. I nailed down my 1 goal that affects everything else for me – Fitness Improvement

    2. I set a tiny goal of jump rope 5 times a day

    3. Today I’m doing 30 jumps a day very easily and I feel so confident that I am progressing to my ultimate goal of reclaiming my fitness level to be able to teach fitness again by the summer

    I also signed up 1 new client for my health coaching, nailed my niche (chronic and yoyo dieters) and setup my sales page! YAYYYY
