From the multiple items that I want to work on, I want to focus on connection in 2022. Connection with my kids and connection with my spouse.

I grew up in a family of disconnection and dysfunction and it has accrued in beliefs that continue this pattern. When I was younger, in moments of clarity, I said to myself that I am going to be a pattern breaker in our family. I got lost a few times, took detours, but it all brought me here in this time and space to where I needed to be. For that, even though it sucked, I am grateful because it led me to places and people that empowered me to get where I want to go.
