    You have a lot of great goals Lamar. One idea, you might consider stopping your last meal of the day earlier in the day. There is a great book called “The Circadian Code” by Dr. Panda. It talks about having a 3-4 hour buffer between sleep and eating. Eating too close to bed may cause increased weight gain and also affect sleep quality.
