I really liked your Week 4 assignment and felt I could help with a couple of your steps.Weight training and cardio 1 hr each for 6 days
My feedback would be that doing weight training 6 times a week and cardio is too much. I would tweak it to 3 total body weight training sessions a week and 40 minutes of walking daily to start off with to give your body time to recover and grow stronger.
Eat 1200 cal
My feedback on 1200 calories is that I feel it’s not enough calories to gain muscle from your weight training. Building muscle from your weight training will boost your metabolism. Constantly being in a calorie deficit can cause your metabolism to slow down.
