Laura you totally can do it! I can relate to struggling to find the time to work on my goals as well and I’m also trying to always learn. I like all the goals that you have written out here, do you have specific times set aside for these activities? I just finished atomic habits and have started linking my improvements to things that I already do (eg writing down things I’m grateful for when I brush my teeth, think of business ideas when I’m in the shower) and it has helped me do these consistently, which I think is the key.
If you have a commute or are meal prepping maybe thats time to fit in listening to podcasts/videos.
