    Week 4:

    Life Category 1: Career

    • What are your root beliefs about this area in your life?

    • My current root belief in this area is that “it doesn’t matter who you are today. It only matters who you want to become and how hard are you willing to work to become that person.”

    • My previous root belief was: “I’m not lucky and because I don’t manipulate situations to turn into my favor, and there are others who are willing to do that, they will win and get results, because they not only are lucky but they also make their luck through manipulations.

    • What’s something you recently quit that in hindsight you wish you would’ve stuck with?

    • After 1 year of taking German language classes and passing a very important exam, I stopped my daily routine and hence didn’t pass the next level exam. I’m starting classes again from 8 November (3 days).

    • What are some of your fixed mindset triggers in this space?

    • That my level of transparency will backfire. It’s not perceived as being honest but as trying to look honest.

    • What habit(s) do you have that you’ve always wanted to change but are convinced are permanent?

    • Please LEAN IN: NOTHING. If I want to stop a habit, there is nothing STOPPING ME.

    • I’m currently fighting my last bad habit, which is dependency on coffee.

    • Another habit I’m working on is cooking more of my meals myself and instead of having takeout (even though I eat healthy).

    6. If your envisioned future is at a scale of 10, where do you stand now in this area in terms of progress and passion?

    • I’m a tough grader, especially when I’m grading myself, so the answer is 1.

    • Now please consider that up until few months ago I would have graded myself at 0.4.

    Life Category 2: Dating Life

    • What are your root beliefs about this area in your life?

    • My current root belief in this area is like any other area of my life, there is a science to this. If I take the time to learn and improve my knowledge base and take actions based on my learnings, I will get the desired results.

    • My previous root belief in this area was because neither I’m capable of nor am I willing to be a “jerk”, I will not be perceived attractive by the opposite sex in first impressions, therefore I will have to always take the long route.

    • What’s something you recently quit that in hindsight you wish you would’ve stuck with?

    • Nothing that I have quitted. But I wish I had started earlier in this section after my last relationship.

    • What are some of your fixed mindset triggers in this space?

Here is a big one: BALDNESS as in no hair. Male Pattern Baldness has been the biggest fixed mindset trigger for me in the past when it came to not only my dating life but also many other areas of my life.

    • What habit(s) do you have that you’ve always wanted to change but are convinced are permanent?

    • No habit is permanent if you are committed to change and willing to put in the work. I want to change the habit of thinking that I have to reach my full potential in life before I can have the kind of women and girls I’m attracted to date and then lead to marriage. I need constructive feedback from third parties. I’m attracted to only super attractive people of the opposite sex, I’m not sure if this is my standard or a childhood wound, that I can’t name.

    • If your envisioned future is at a scale of 10, where do you stand now in this area in terms of progress and passion?

    • Remember that I said: I’m a tough grader? I grade myself 0.1 out of 10.
