    Hi Tom,

    I love the goal, i can Cleary see the What, the Why and who benefits.

    As part of this goal did you journal about your businesses current baseline and what the steps are for the 225% increase over two years? how that breaks down?

    Secondly your own narratives around this goal, and the narratives of your company- for example is there any resistance to earning that amount of money that my block you (worth- scarcity- glass ceiling feelings)
