    Hey everyone! Here’s my business goal and actions steps. I look forward to your feedback!

    1) Business Top Priority Goal: Grow a high-performing, results-driven company that’s on track to $20M year by 2023, a 225% growth rate, which gives $250k/yr to our ResponseAbility Campaign.

    a. Define exactly what a results-oriented culture looks like. How is it different from today?ie. Daily activity, accountability, office environment, what does our vocabulary sound like; what do our gross profit and revenue numbers look like.

    b. Establish updated metrics and a living culture document of what this looks like and share with all.

    c. Give everyone the opportunity to succeed in the culture and metrics

    d. Only hire proven top 1% performers

    e. Relentlessly focus the team on actions that drive results, and stop doing what doesn’t
