Steps
• Follow a workout plan from a trainer for my body type.
• Weight training and cardio 1 hr each for 6 days
• Eat 1200 cal and follow a meal plan – meal prep weekly
• Workout 6 days a week and eat healthy
• Cut, sugar, alcohol, processed carbs
• Check weight and measurements weekly
• If get stuck change around with food, workout
• Be consistent until achieve goals
• Remind everyday why this goal is imp.
• Do it even during the days you don’t feel like doing. Show up
Consistent untill goal is achieved
