    1. Fitness – Health and fitness is my lifestyle. I weight 70kg by Nov 26 2021. I workout and eat healthy 6 days a week. Discipline and consistency. I get to 15 % body fat by 31st jan 2022

    Steps

    • Follow a workout plan from a trainer for my body type.

    • Weight training and cardio 1 hr each for 6 days

    • Eat 1200 cal and follow a meal plan – meal prep weekly

    • Workout 6 days a week and eat healthy

    • Cut, sugar, alcohol, processed carbs

    • Check weight and measurements weekly

    • If get stuck change around with food, workout

    • Be consistent until achieve goals

    • Remind everyday why this goal is imp.

    • Do it even during the days you don’t feel like doing. Show up
