Do you have any routines/tools to transition yourself from work/doing stuff to meditating?
– I don’t. That’s a good suggestion. I’m more likely to rush around trying to get ready (which puts me in the opposite state that I want).
What could you implement to help you out when you don’t want to/can’t seem to get yourself to do it?
– That’s a good question. I have to look into this.
Do you have sufficient ‘equipment’ for meditation? (music, scripts, thoughts/topics you want to meditate over).
– I learned / do Transcendental Meditation, so I don’t use any options you suggested. (My training was a long, long time ago).
Do you have backup plans for when your mediation time is displaced? (unforeseen or foreseen problems.)
– Unfortunately, I will skip it and then try to get back on track the next morning or evening.
