Hi Jayson, I like the simplicity of your plans. Do you own a Fitbit, or Apple watch? I have a Fitbit and the tracking app really became a motivator to keep my workouts consistent. The data it stores is fantastic. It got my really into tracking my resting heart rate, etc. And I could see the difference in my numbers when I started skipping (or adding) workouts. Just a suggestion, if you aren’t already doing that. Best, Anthony
