    What activities give me energy?

    * 8+ hours of sleep

    *Staring outside my window at the sky and trees before rising out of bed

    *Caffeine (Coffee,Tea)

    *Stream of consciousness journaling

    *Understanding the content in a book

    *Exercise (Walking,Jogging, Gym Upper body workout)

    *Listening to music and or meditating


    What do I want to make sure people never say about me?

    *That I quit on myself.


    What are those people doing that I admire?

    * Building an individual’s awareness of their own neurochemistry and brain plasticity and how they can improve and grow it.


    What do I need to do more of that would make me feel better about myself?

    *Not reinforcing a negative feedback loop to myself constantly.
