Hey Cory! I love your mission statements but I want to challenge you on the Entrepreneurial one.

What do you think about the following approach? Instead of taking 1 year to have a bullet proof business plan, use the next 3 months to:

– Identify the problem you want to solve

– Identify the people that have that problem

– Write an elevator pitch which states the following: Problem, Solution, What’s unique about your business, customer traction (if any), and finance (how much $ you need and what for).

– Find 1 customer.

I challenge you because I spent a lot of time working on the plan and as soon as I started validating it I realised that some things won’t work. So from now on I start with the validation.
