You immediately give off a very warm and welcoming, so you seem to be doing great at it. I felt disarmed upon your introduction of yourself in the clarity zoom group.
One of my biggest personal hurdles is overcoming self consciousness around people. I had to have multiple jaw surgeries, so I sometimes fear that people are looking at issues left by it, and it makes me lose my presence, even though physically speaking, everything is basically good now. I am going to try David Burns’ book Feeling Great to CBT myself out of that old isolating thought loop.
