    Rowena, the questions you posted for Career are very precise and impactful. I especially like the first two questions. These questions help one to think about life more than just about “job”!

    > Am I willing to reach the age of 65 with this Career?

    > Is it still good to start a new career in a completely different industry at the age of 38?

    My personal take is Yes. And if it is what these reflection exercises are leading you to, then your Yes is a Yes for you.
