1- excuses and procrastination- I have work out and mobility gear in my room, and I have enough knowledge, i am just being lazy right now nothing is stopping me putting in the work other than me.
2. I am too tired, I’ll catch up tomorrow, my work is enough exercise
3. my body is not capable of doing xyz
4. when you suddenly notice the improvements, you can be working hard on it for months then out of no where you look better, or you’re more flexible or you can lift something that was outside of your capacity.5. I am absolutely missing out on my adventurous hobbies because they require more flexibility and mobility- thankfully this is temporary as i am hard at work correcting the problems by being proactive
