Personal #1. Activities that give me energy are working out especially spin, helping other people with the knowledge and skills I currently have, visualizing (also through guided meditation) and planning my future self, career and travels.
Legacy #1. Being a good person and someone that helped others to heal through difficult times in their life by helping them to change their relationship with themselves first.
Inspiring People #1. Three successful people I admire are Tom Bilyeu, Steven Bartlett and JVN!
Lifestyle #3. Things I do that I tend to regret later are going to bed super late, waking up super late, doing nothing truly productive at my job, sleeping too much when I intended to power nap, gaming for too long (I seem to hate wasting time yet that is clearly something I do a lot ????), eating unhealthily, skipping my workout.
