    1. Prioritise healthy brain food and intermittent fasting – reference Andrew Huberman

    2. Prioritise sleep, meditation and mindfulness.

    3. Daily exercise and stretch. Go out on a walk most of the days.

    4. To have a buddy and/or accountability group

    5. Family doesn’t want to eat healthy. This makes it more difficult to sustain on your own. I don’t enjoy sport, so I need to learn to enjoy it, otherwise I’ll fail badly.
