    Personal <div>1. What activities give me energy? <div>Things that give me energy are: Being out in nature, especially in the mountains hiking, camping, skiing, etc. I love to explore, visit new places, travel, and try new things. </div><div>Creating art is something else that I really enjoy, but it can also be a source of stress. Mostly because I have attempted to make money doing it, which can make it less enjoyable at times. Creating art is the very best way for me to get into a flow state, which is incredible, yet can be problematic if I let myself get lost in it and spend too much time doing it. </div><div>I also love doing yoga. I have found that it is incredibly therapeutic for me physically, mentally, spiritually, and emotionally. </div><div>Gardening and caring for my “jungle” of house plants gives me energy as well. :)</div><div>

    </div><div> Inspiring People </div><div> 3. Who is the most supportive person in my life? </div><div>My beautiful friend Valynne! We are “double ex’s” (were married to brothers and now are both divorced from said brothers) She has been there and helped me through some very difficult times. Really, I consider her my sister. </div><div>
    Lifestyle </div><div> 1. What do I need to do more of that would make me feel better about myself?

    </div><div>Organizing my life and spending more time creating art. More sleep and exercise would be good too. ????
