    What is the thing I do where I lose a sense of time? I lose a sense of time when I am in a “flow state.” Like Muay Thai gets me into the zone when I spar or get really excited. When I do a cool haircut/color at the salon and I find it fascinating. I lose track of time when listening/playing music, when I meditate, and sometimes when I watch TV like my favorite shows.

    What are three words I want people to think of me? Dependable, resilient, Welcoming/accepting

    What are those people doing that I admire? They live their lives to the fullest creating a vision and working towards those ideas. They do what they love and they have the ability manifest it into reality.

    What do I need to do more of that would make me feel better about myself? Setting goals and meeting them. When I am consistent with my routine and schedule I feel really good about being disciplined. It makes me feel like I can accomplish anything when I can do the small things constantly.
