A Mobility practice always involves movement of some sort, ideally exploring the end ranges of all of your joints so that they maintain themselves as much as possible – use it or lose it. The less we use our joints, the more our body will let them atrophy in order to save energy and resources. For me personally, I’ve been trying to expand my ranges of motion to improve my joint health as well as my performance in sport.
