    -companionship, aligning values, radical honesty, trust,supportive and reliable. In order to do what I need to get my ideal relationship, I need to be crystal clear about what I am expecting from myself and others.

    -prioritizing myself in order to make the relationship sustainable. sharing the importance of one’s goal and support

    -reliable and trust worthy relationship brings me joy and comfort because I know they will support me and I will do the same.

    -My love language would be showing them that I will be there for them and be supportive at all times. Everyone has different love language and it requires time to read therefore patience and communication will be required in mutual way.

    -how to be LISTEN fully in the present moment.
