Here are my Week 1 challenge answers. I picked one answer from the 4 categories.
Personal:
What activities give me energy? Exercise, spending time with friends, talking with friends, being in a big city(short term), getting a massage, getting out into nature – especially the ocean, travel, playing sports, getting quality sleep, taking a power nap, learning about topics I’m interested in, doing the Wim Hoff method, meditating, going to self-development conferences, learning, relaxation/rest day, watching a show/movie that I’m looking forward to seeing.
Legacy:
What contributions can I make to society that I would be most proud of? Helping people in Hawaii, positively changing the medical system and teaching about healthy living, improving the environment, positively changing peoples lives
Inspiring People:
What do those I admire have in common with one another? Helping others, intelligent, action takers, smart with money, kind, creating positive impact, growth mind set, courageous, low key, prioritize health, well balanced.
Lifestyle:
What do I need to do more of that would make me feel better about myself? be assertive, have clear goals – but not too many at once, be focused on completing my goals and complete them, not comparing myself to others, be in a happy relationship, be true to myself, go for it/just do it/don’t hesitate – take action
