Hello my friends!

I’m hopeful joining this challenge. I’ve always had singularity of focus and did well / felt great tackling some herculean project. Today I’m suffering a bit from analysis paralysis with so many different paths my career can take. Ultimately, want to build my own company and transition from employee to employer. There are lots of ways to get there, and I’m not clear on that!
