I am hoping to find the greatest clarity in my long-term business goal (becoming a big-time farmer/be very rich) and the area to specialize in my current job.

I am a university professor sent to have a PhD degree in environmental science and chose to specialize in agricultural soil pollution, but my long-term goal is to become a big-time farmer. Hence, I am having difficulty in looking into the short term which actions to prioritize. I am confused about how can I be at the farm when I need to go the university and do my job as a teacher.
