    What activities give me energy?
    – Resetting, starting afresh (includes something small like showering).
    – Thinking, planning, strategizing, learning (should not forget to take action).
    – Traveling and discovering.

    What do I want to make sure people never say about me?
    – He was all just talk.
    – Should we invite him too? Or would it be OK if we don’t?

    What are those people doing that I admire? What do they have in common?
    – They are great leaders, entrepreneurs, and CEO’s.
    – They have successfully built out their vision for their business / brand.
    – All three have written a book.
    – They are extremely confident and open.
    – They eye healthy.
    – They are fully enjoying life.

    What things do I do that I tend to regret later?
    – Spending too much time on games.
    – Eating too much and unhealthy food.
    – Going to bed too late, causing me to wake up later, causing unproductive day.
