Thank you for sharing your thoughts. I think you’re right and thinking about what I meant when I read it over again I thought of the following: it was more about being thoughtful and empathetic and keeping my mind alert about everything around me i.e. people’s feelings, have I thought about something enough, am I being too strict or too impatient etc… not so much about whether I’ve actually done something wrong underestimating the situation as such, and beating myself. More about my perception of things and being openminded. 🙂
