Hello everyone! I joined a bit late, but it was great to read through so many introductions! I am from New Mexico, right on the border of El Paso, TX. I joined ITU just about a month ago but have been following Tom and Lisa for several years. The ITU community has been amazing so far, and the courses are incredibly comprehensive and packed with invaluable content. I opened my own accounting / tax firm in 2018 but have worked in finance and accounting for over 30 years.

I feel like I have always been an entrepreneur. I was the kid that did lemonade stands, mowed lawns, shoveled snow (grew up in Utah), and at age 8 even grabbed rocks from my unpaved driveway, painted them, and sold them to the neighbors so I could buy candy at the store ????

I joined the clarity challenge to help me narrow my focus (despite my adhd) on the direction I want to take in my accounting firm, as well as really take some ownership of my health and mindset. I am 50 years old, married to my stock market guru husband who I have been with since age 14 and he was 16. I am the proud mom of two amazing sons. The oldest son works in biomedical engineering in Maryland, recently married, and just put an offer on a home of their own. My youngest son works with me in the accounting firm, lives with his girlfriend and is an amazing cat dad ????

I am stoked about making big progress toward my goals and connecting with everyone along the way!
