Missed the initial couple of calls so catching up, but great to be here. Here’s my reflections for today:
Personal – What activities give me energy?
Mentally, the satisfaction when I tick off a task of my daily list i.e. done and dusted.
Physically, doing my 45′ workout + cold shower in the morning.
Legacy – What do I want to make sure people never say about me?
In the past, I would have had a long list worrying more about what other people say or think about me. But this has been drastically changing over the last 2-3 years over what I do and my strategy accepting I don’t have to convince anyone. But based on my Strategy for personal development it probably would be:
– He never tried
– He underestimated the situation
– He was not a nice person to be around.
Inspiring people – Who is the most supportive person in my life?
At the moment, if I think about this really, I don’t have a trully supporting person other than my Life Coach who has helped me get clarity and bounce ideas around both about my personal and family life. So there is a person, just a paid one, not directly from family and friends 🙂
Lifestyle – What things do I do that I tend to regret later?
Start eating junk food or drink during the week at home when I haven’t been out for a while. i.e. normally 80-90% I keep on the right side of things and then there’s this 10-20% that slips either because of lack of focus or because I get lazy.
