    What do I need to do more of that would make me feel better about myself?

    Get my eating right

    Take care of my body especially with massages and foam rolling

    Be honest with myself about what i really want and what I’m willing to do to get it, rather than make excuses

    Connect with Source everyday to remember why I’m here, and to be grateful for being here

    Focus on one thing at a time

    Trust myself by lowering the volume on my inner voice to reduce self doubt

    Prioritise my sleep especially during dance class times

    Release the fear of missing out, because no one cares but me

    Be attuned to my family , they’re my human connection to Source!
