    1. What activities give me energy – team activities, I love doing something with others, I like being a part of something and creating something together. I like the excitement of the group, connection and shared satisfaction. I gain energy from creativity – I like to build, create and be colourful. What else, running, swimming – everything that let me break the sweet. I love being active.


    3. What do I want to make sure people never say about me?

    I don’t want people to say about me that I don’t work hard, that I was given something or I’m lucky – I hate when people say that to me … You are so lucky! Nope, nothing that I have or do it to do with luck it is all my hard work!

    I don’t want people to say about me that I don’t care – because I do, sometimes even too much – but is the time when I have to focus on what is right to me and give myself some of the caring I’ve extended to the world

    1. What are those people doing that I admire

    I admire when people have a clear sense of direction and determination and daily consistency to get up and shape their future – I admire the integration, focus and determination. I admire in people calmness of emotions and clear thinking when something goes wrong. Lastly, I admire the content – this feeling that you are fine no matter what happens around you


    3. What do I need to do more of that would make me feel better about myself?

    I need to tell myself more – what is right with me!!

    I need to remember it when I tell my story to people!

    Too many times I occupied my mind with an inventory of my faults, corrections that I need to make. I’m done with this story now.

    To feel good I need to focus on what is right with me!
