Hey Everyone! My name is Miranda (Sometimes go by Mandy) Dragon. I currently live out of Raleigh, North Carolina in the United States. I’ve recently accepted an offer for a new management role within my industry as well as spend a lot of time on random hobbies involving art, fitness, and general learning curiosities.

For my clarity challenge, I would love to get more clear on the mind/body/spirit connection. I have been battling with lowered self confidence, negative thought patterns, depression, and negative body image since I was 13 (I’m now 30). That still seems extremely vague, but i know for sure, that most of my insecurities come from the inside rather than from any external source or challenge. That’s what I’ll need to put a light to.
