I’ve been trying to use two of Impact Theory’s 25 Beliefs System to evaluate whether I say yes or no to things:
1. Do that which moves you toward your goals.
2. Do NOT do that which moves you away from your goals
It’s definitely helping, but it’s still a work in progress for me, especially with family.
