I’m Bec from Sydney, Australia.

I have 2 main areas of interest that constantly compete and I end up not achieving clarity in either because I am trying to keep both as a #1 priority (Note Tom in today’s Mindset Coaching addressed this firmly not allowing under any circumstances multiple #1 priorities – priorities must be numbered in order of most important – and keep working on #! until you can’t any longer)

So I’m here to make some decisions about the theology space or health & fitness space and work out what I prioritise most!
