Hi to all you wonderful Impactivists! My name is Aaron, and I live in Overland Park, KS (USA).

I’ve been an ITU member since 2019. Sadly, I’ve become one of what Tom refers to as one of the 98% of people that hear the information, but don’t do anything with it. I don’t typically make excuses, but to this point, I simply HAVEN’T WANTED IT BAD ENOUGH. I have a good paying job and I’m in a situation that I’m “Comfortable” and would be considered “successful” compared to my peers. I’ve allowed that to hold me back and not truly take the steps to start realizing my full potential. Like the Tony Robbins quote Tom references often, “If you don’t know EXACTLY where you want to be in 5 years, you’re already there”. I made very minimal progress in the last 3 years and that changes now. I joined this challenge in order to get clear on what I want for my future and get to the point where I know what I should be doing with my time down to 7-15 minute intervals.

I’m excited to grow and watch everybody else that joined this challenge grow and gain a tremendous amount of clarity! Best of luck to everyone!
