What activities give me energy? Playing with my kids where they are laughing out loud
What is the thing I do where I lose a sense of time? creating, computer drafting, jig puzzles
What things do I do and I tend to regret later? Eating too much, or not good food
What do I need to do more of that would make me feel better about myself? Exercise, meditation
