Hey everyone! It’s so great to read all of your introductions – I’m excited to do this with you and GROW!
I’m Adam from Rosemount, Minnesota, USA. I’m a solopreneur / web-developer / growth-minded father to 3 of the best humans on the planet (8 year old and 6 year old twins). I met my wife on a blind date to almost 20 years ago now and we’ve been married for 16. We both work for ourselves so we are fortunate to have flexibility with our family that is extraordinary.
I’m focused on building the most incredible family in the world. I believe that is well within my capability and requires me to be the very best iteration of myself. I’m clear on my family priority and am comfortable with using that to drive every other decision in my life. I’m clear on the direction I want to build our family, but I haven’t yet clarified what that might look like from a micro/day-to-day/week-to-week perspective.
I’m also very interested in human longevity and the large leaps that have the capacity to extend our healthy lifespan another 20 or 30 years or more. These hit me the hardest:

As much as I know this capability is there – I haven’t yet developed the habits (food/drink, exercise, sleep, etc.) to take maximize my own lifespan. I know our family can benefit in a huge way from improvements in those areas, so I’m working on adding/updating my own habits.
I’m also looking to develop clarity around how my various roles and interests need to balance with one another. I’m a spouse, father, brother, son, friend, entrepreneur, novice crypto-enthusiast, etc. I need to develop realistic expectations and clarity around what a “BEST WEEK EVER” might look like for each of those roles.
I’ve still got lots of detail to define, but I know my purpose is to create the best family on the planet. And I know that purpose will likely never have an end. That’s what gets me excited in the morning, day and night.
