1. Activities that give me energy, at risk of being too general, are activities when I am creating or doing something physically challenging. I can easily say these are the times that are easiest for me to get into a flow state.
2. I want to be remembered for what I give back to my loved ones and community. I have so much to learn in that vein but I hope that can be part of my legacy that I can leave behind.
3. The most actively supportive person in my life right now is easily my girlfriend. She has been there and always shows up, through the highs and lows and gets behind me and encourages me in all of my pursuits as well as provides honest feedback.
4. One of the biggest things I do that I regret later is wasting time.. It happens way too often and I always regret it. For me wasting time comes in the form of activities that are not beneficial or productive. A low hanging fruit example is social media, I often use it in an unproductive way and then feel terrible afterwards.
