Also Taylar, for me, when I found myself struggling to take action earlier, I often found that it is because I haven’t taken proper care of myself first.
The lesson on the ultimate self care regimen in Phase 3 was super useful for me.
Once I re-prioritised that regimen – sleep, diet, exercise, meditation, connecting with loved ones, learning everyday, doing hard things and playing hard – the motivation comes back naturally.
I still suffer from cycles of motivation peaks and troughs, but knowing that there is a process to follow when you feel like you are at the bottom… that helps a lot!
Remember that getting motivated is a biological process and linked to neurochemistry!
