Sorry to hear about the tough time you’ve been having. Starting with your belief system can be an excellent place to start. Also as you head into Mindset 101 those 1st three modules changed my life literally, but it was the time I took with the questions on the PDFs. Honestly, it took me about 2 weeks and some change to start really unpacking my beliefs.
