    Hey Ollie! How are you making out with the worksheets?

    I have used Lumin to add digital text to PDFs which I don’t mind, but I prefer to handwrite answers for the worksheets and have often used the worksheets more as journal prompts. I find connecting with my thoughts and handwriting is not as quick as digital notes, but it can be much more effective long term for the level of change I am looking for.
