    Hi Shelley and 17-year old daughter! Welcome to this awesome ITU family. So happy that you are able to take this part of your journey together. Shelley I can totally relate to staying in a toxic environment. 99% of the time we stay simply because of the familiarity of the environment and a lack of belief in ourselves. You received the lessons you were meant to take away and now it’s your time to experience peaceful thoughts and a new kind of freedom.
