    Hello and Welcome to this fantastic ITU family. We’re all legends in the making. Your cookie idea reminds me of Dicks Last Resort in Chicago. It’s an insulted-themed bar restaurant. If you’re not prepared for it it comes as a surprise. It only takes a minute or two to realize it’s all a big laugh. People stand in line to get in there.
    Time to scratch the entrepreneurial itch and do something that’s just for you! Go for it!
