If you’re not already familiar with Joe Dispenza you might want to check his work out. He is all about the science behind consciousness. I’ve had the privilege of attending his week long retreat in Orlando. Quite an amazing experience.
There are plenty of things to study/get involved in in ITU. Be sure to check them out.
