Have one notebook to take your notes in. If it’s a case of just taking notes, maybe re-organize them after the class is over. After the class, if you can act on something, do it immediately. If you cannot do it immediately, block time in your schedule to do it in the next few days. Internalizing will hopefully make you need the notes a little less anyway.
